About Me

I am a native of Warren, Ohio, received her Doctorate in Business Administration, specializing in Strategy and Innovation, from Capella University in March 2021. In 2021, I earned a certificate for Teaching in Higher Education from Harvard’s DerekBOK Center. In 2016, I earned a certificate in Leadership and Management from San Diego State University. I graduated from Bowie State University with a Master of Science Degree in Public Administration in 2012, the University of Maryland Global Campus with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Management Studies in 2010, and Wake Technical Community College with an Associate of Science Degree in Computer Programming in 2001.

I served Command Navy Region Europe and Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Europe and Southwest Asia as a contractor from 2001 to 2009. In 2009, I entered civil service with Fleet Logistics Center Sigonella where I served as the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Material Support Division Director for Industrial Support.

Following my eleven years in Europe, I served as the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Material Support Division Director for Industrial Support at Fleet Logistics Center San Diego from 2015 to 2018.

My next assignment was at Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Atlantic, where I was a member of the Supply Chain Management Center of Excellence Team, supporting the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command enterprise.

In July of 2020, I joined Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Headquarters Business Directorate Command Analytics Office Strategy Team where I acted as a liaison for enterprise analytics requests as the Enterprise Data Warehouse Strategic Lead. In February of 2021, I was promoted to my current role of Senior Management Analyst and supervisor of the Advanced Analytics Team of Data Scientists and Data Analysts.

I earned my Project Management Professional certification in 2004. I am an active member of the National Society of Leadership and Management, Capella University Chapter, Delta Mu Delta Honor Society, and the Suffolk Business Women’s Association. I was awarded a Navy Meritorious Civil Service Award in 2015 and was a member of the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Atlantic Team of the Year in 2019. I am an adjunct professor for Columbia Southern University, teaching in the Doctor of Business Administration Program.
